🃏 Flop A♥Q♥9♦ — CB Strategy
UTG vs. BB SRP node: x?

UTG has high EQ across its entire range (→ donk does not occur).
In UTG vs. BB SRP, unlike BTN vs. BB SRP, large sizes like 125% CB are not preferred.
Small sizes of 33%–50% are used at high frequency. On this board, even adopting a range 33% strategy results in minimal EV loss (however, just because it's a 2BW board doesn't mean a cheap range CB is always justified).
In UTG vs. BB, BB retains stronger Ax kickers, and UTG has a very high proportion of hands with high EQ (conversely, BB has a higher proportion of low-EQ hands), which makes cheap CB EV stretch well.
Relatively marginal hands like UP, 2nd pair, and TPMK- have high check frequency. Size-ups to 50% are also infrequent. MK's low CB frequency is related to pocket coverage within the range (→ 2p, set coverage).
🃏 Flop A♥Q♥9♦ — Response to CB
UTG vs. BB SRP node: xb?

【GTO】
Maintain high xr frequency.
88-22 WP is pure fold.
Against 33% CB, JJ-TT UP, 9X, and some QX become id.
It's important that these hit-type id hands carry raise frequency as 2p and trips blockers. Weaker kickers are preferred (→ lower EQ, ability to remove stronger kickers, preferable when str doesn't complete upon upgrading to 2p).
The value floor for xr is 2p+, with 2p mostly consisting of AQ. 2p below top 2p has higher call frequency. → Against r50%, UTG's TPMK- and 2nd pair become broadly id.
【exploit】
Many players show bias in xr hand selection. Obvious draws like GSSD and FD tend to be chosen.
Whether xr leans toward value or bluff varies by player. → Some 3bet AQ too much preflop / call down to KTo, etc.
🃏 Turn A♥Q♥9♦T♣ — Donk Strategy
UTG vs. BB SRP node: xbc-?

【GTO】
Sets and straights are more concentrated in UTG's range.
Among hands that called the 33% CB, those that improve on the T turn include KJ, TT, AQ, QT, etc. However, the proportion of sets and straights favors UTG, so donk does not occur.
🃏 Turn A♥Q♥9♦T♣ — DB Strategy
UTG vs. BB SRP node: xbc-x?

【GTO】
Main size: bet 125%
DB has frequency at b175%, 125%, and 50%. The size just under 2x pot (b125%) is selected as the main size.
On most turn cards, 125%–175% is the main size. Exceptionally, on flush-completing boards or when A pairs, small sizes of 33%–50% are selected.
125% DB Strategy:
- Value: Mainly top 2p+
- Bluff: Broad bet frequency outside of marginal TP and 2nd pair (especially hit-draw/T-hit, pocket/JJ, KX/offsuit)
AK is somewhat marginal but notably has bet frequency → b125% generates sufficient fold EQ + the key is that BB calls with the prevalent AJ and other hit-draws, maintaining decent EQ post-call.
【exploit】
Some bluff hands will likely have significantly lower bet frequency than GTO. 2p bet frequency and bet sizing may also decrease.
Whether b125% EV truly matches check EV is questionable. Refer to the DB call range.
🃏 Turn A♥Q♥9♦T♣ — Response to DB
UTG vs. BB SRP node: xbc-xb?

【GTO】
Against 125% DB, BB's 2p also becomes id.
In reality, the value floor of 125% DB is top 2p, so it's perfectly natural that BB's 2p is id.
【exploit】
Many players can't fold 2p. They tend to think "folding here means I'm over-folding."
From the bettor's perspective, they can't even confidently fire a large DB with 2p, yet from the caller's perspective, they can't bring themselves to fold 2p.
🃏 River A♥Q♥9♦T♣2♥ — Donk Strategy
UTG vs. BB SRP node: xbc-xbc-?

【GTO】
BB builds a donk range with minimal sizing, primarily anchored around TT. Marginal river donks are difficult, but they can be justified when the frequency of facing a raise after betting is lower than the frequency of facing a bet after checking (→ by routing marginal hands to bet, the check range stays stronger).
【exploit】
If bluff raises are hard to construct, such marginal donks become more justified. In this case, KT and JJ are used as bluff raises, but those are likely under-barreled on the turn, so donking with sets may be effective.
🃏 River A♥Q♥9♦T♣2♥ — TB Strategy
UTG vs. BB SRP node: xbc-xbc-x?

【GTO】
Main size: bet 85%
With the flush completing, UTG loses the range advantage to BB in flush proportion and cannot continue with all-in or high-sized TB. Here, the mid-sized 85% bet is selected.
85% TB Strategy:
- Value: str+ (some high-EQ sets like TT also have bet frequency)
- Bluff: KK, JJ, KTo, K-high, etc.
【exploit】
Hands like KK, JJ, and KTo tend to receive marginal judgments on the turn, making the transition probability to this node low. Pure bluff TB with offsuit K-high can have zero frequency for many players.
🃏 River A♥Q♥9♦T♣2♥ — Response to TB
UTG vs. BB SRP node: xbc-xbc-xb?

【GTO】
Nearly all hands including 2p and TP become id again.
